Unfortunately accidents can happen and so we request a refundable deposit to cover breakage and loss. This will be refunded to you once the hire order has been checked.
We are very sorry but any chips or cracks will have to be charged as broken as we cannot reuse them.
Please see item replacement charges on the website.
Should the cost of damage or loss exceed the deposit, the hirer agrees to pay the balance.
Delivery and Collection
The charges are based upon delivery/collection to and from the ground floor only, and on condition that the goods for collection have been re-packed safely into the original boxes.
If we are washing up for you, please could we just ask that you wipe away the yummy food and drink from the crockery prior to repacking.
If you are washing up, can we kindly remind you that the china is delicate and will not withstand the dishwasher. Sorry we do not supply the Marigolds!
All the items will be carefully packaged on delivery please take care when packing them back into the boxes.
Please remember that vintage china, by its very nature, is delicate and Blissfully Vintage will accept no responsibility for damage or injury caused to person or product as a result of this hire arrangement. All goods hired are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned to Blissfully Vintage.
We understand that plans may change so if you have to cancel your order up to 30 days prior to the event, your deposit will be returned in full.
However if the cancellation is after 30 days prior to the event only 50% of the deposit can be returned.
We are sorry but if the cancellation is less than 14 days, the deposit is non – returnable.
Blissfully Vintage complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 concerning data we hold about our clients. We only keep information about clients on paper and in our personal computer files to assist us with completing the process of hiring our goods to clients. We will not knowingly pass clients information on to anyone else.
